Ohio Stater provides students with private and secure housing close to OSU campus.
For over 36 years the Ohio Stater has been a part of Inn Town Homes and has offered OSU students a home on High St. Our 124-unit apartment complex is a landmark in the campus area. Our fully furnished studios have recently been renovated with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, ceramic tile and all new appliances and light fixtures. CONVENIENCE
Located directly across the street from the North OSU dorms, students will save time walking to classes and events. We are only a 10 – 15 minute walk to Fisher College of Business, the Oval, and the Union. We are also located on both OSU CABS and COTA bus lines. CABS buses will take you all around the campus area, running at all hours of the day and evening. Need an escape from campus for some shopping, restaurants and nightlife? The city COTA bus stop, located right across the street from Ohio Stater, will take you downtown, to the Arena district or to the popular Short North area within minutes, for free with your Buck ID.
In our convenient location there is really no need for a car! We are a 5-minute walk to Target, CVS and numerous restaurants and other shopping, and are located next to Dunkin Donuts, a great place for study groups. We even have a mall on the lower level with restaurants, computer/cell phone services and more.
If you do have a car, we offer off-street parking along with a secure, gated parking garage. Parking is limited, so reserve your spot with your new studio apartment!

The Ohio Stater also has an onsite laundry facility and exercise room, so you don’t have to use a public Laundromat or walk to a crowded gym.

The safety of our residents is our top priority. We have a high-tech security camera system located throughout the inside and outside of our complex. Our building doors are steel doors with two panes of security glass. We also have a secure Key FOB system for quick and easy access to the building. Each of our individual studio apartment doors are steel doors that automatically lock when closed. They have a dead bolt and chain lock option as well for added security.
AFFORDABILITY
Ohio Stater makes paying your rent and utilities a breeze. ALL utilities, Wi-Fi and cable are INCLUDED in your one easy payment. Payments are made by a secure online portal payment system, so no checks and no card transactions need to be used in the office. Everything can be done by mobile or computer payments in one easy step. You can also set up automatic payments for those times when studies and events fill your schedule, making it easy to forget to pay your rent. Prices are based on square footage and amenities.
CLEANLINESS & WELL-BEING
We are taking all precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of our residents and prospective residents. We have staff that regularly clean and disinfect the inside of our building throughout our business hours.
